[Plugin: MU Global Options Plugin] PHP Warning: array_key_exists()

Since installing this plugin I get this warning in my error log.
PHP Warning: array_key_exists() expects parameter 2 to be array, boolean given in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mu-global-options-plugin/mu-global-options-plugin.php on line 44A google search returns many site with this warning. Is there a fix?
