[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Remove Tag base permalink

Yoast has an excellent feature to strip out the category base from permalinks, so that instead of http://www.mysite.com/topic/mytopic you get http://www.mysite.com/mytopic.

Is there any equivalent for tags?

My tag permalink structure is organized as:

http://www.mysite.com/tag/mytag

But I’d like for it to be:

http://www.mysite.com/mytag
