WordPress Not Saving Draft

    Hi guys.. I m new here. I have serious problem with my WordPress…

    When I write a post, there is Saving Draft… remaining stick to screen but it doesn’t saves automatic draft. When I preview post it goes post-new.php of my admin URL. like http://example.com/wp-admin/post-new.php which gives not found 404 error for site.

    Can anyone here help me….

    things I have already tried :

    1. Optimized, repaired table in phpMyadmin.
    2. Updated WordPress to latest version
    3. Cleared cache regularly..
