cforms not tracking the recent forms

I have 12 forms on the site, recently I have added 3 forms for which I get the e-mail notifications but at the back end its not tracking the forms.

I have cleaned up the back end, and also increased the limit from 32M to 96M, but still it was not working

Please help.
