Link doesn't go to correct url

I have categories in my footer and one is a faq page. I have several “links” that go to the faq category page. For example in a post saying….for more info go to “faq” and it leads to /category/faq.

However on my widgets I want a certain word to also be linked to /category/faq. But it won’t. Instead it goes to frequently-asked-questions…which doesn’t make sense to me. And I know it doesn’t seem like a big deal, but the frequently-asked-questions page is all jumbled up and weird looking, while the categories is nice and I have no clue why nor do I understand why two separate urls exists.

This is actually how it’s set up in my widget box, but it doesn’t go to this specific url:
FAQ

Instead it still goes to /frequently-asked-questions

Any tips?
