Comments Template without clicking on the post

Is there a way to add the reply field and comments to the blog front page without them having to click each blog post.

I’m constructing a wordpress template from a blank template at http://www.dreambachelor.com/sandbox/matchmaking-blog/

but I’d like to have a reply field and all comments on that page rather than have them have to click the title to go to another page and reply.
