It looks to be part of your theme so I would check to see if you can disable it in your theme options.

If not got to Appearance -> Editor and select style.css

Find

}

Change to

#sharing {
    border-top: 2px solid #EFEFEF;
    display: none;
    padding: 20px 0;
}
