Internal Server Error HELP!

    After I explore my uhmm permalink! (im a wp newbie) i accidentally update the permalinks as:

    STRUCTURE:/?page_id=32
    CATEGORY BASE:/domain

    then this message showed! and i cant open my site anymore! http://thian.info huhuHu! Help me please!
