Restoring Plugin Database

    Something happened to one of my plugin and I’m missing some data. Can I restore the database of a particular plugin?

    Plugins don’t usually have their own database.

    Ok. Is it possible to restore the data in the plugin?

    I’d guess that you’d need to restore from a recent full backup of your WordPress database.

    Ok.. my backup option is set to my computer, but I have no idea where. Anything I can do in PHP My Admin?

    Not with a database backup file first.
