    I want to add text-to-text links within a single post. For example:

    Clients
    Use the following links to navigate through the respective clients of Data Driven Enterprises.
    1. Wyoming Department of Education
    2. North Dakota Department of Education
    etc…

    Wyoming Department of Education
    js;fjsjflksnalf jhslf j;lsa jf;ls jlsjlsjh;lfjs;lf hs;fjs;lj fksh sfdjflsh dfs ujfjslkghslfjslfj

    Where “1. Wyoming Department of Education” is linked to the subheading “Wyoming Department of Education”.

    I’m not finding any info on how to do this that doesn’t involve a url. This isn’t to a website, but a list entry to a subheading.

    Any help is appreciated!
