• My main theme folder disappeared from my cpanel, now, I have nothing. I tried creating a new folder, uploading a couple of themes, but it still doesn’t register on the wp-admin-presentation page. Can someone help?

  • Hmm I havent even got a wp-content/themes directory in my FTP… Im a newbie as of today!! I use Fetch.

jaskaur: Maybe need to upload the files again.

Upload to where? and what files MichealH?

    JasKaur,
when you downloaded WordPress did you have 4 different folders and some files? Or just a lot of files?

I havent downloaded WordPress. The blog was set up for me by someone else. The folders you are talking about Moshu, do you mean in Fetch?

Whatever FTP client you have, when you connect to your website’s host you should be able to see the files and folders of your website.
Under the directory where WP sits, there should be a folder wp-content and under that another one: themes.
In the themes directory you should see /classic and /default.
For any theme that you want to upload you will have to have its own directory.

arogers: When you go to http:/mom25boys.org there is at least one theme active on your blog there. All your themes should be in a folder called wp-content\themes. If you’ve lost that directory (or any of it’s subdirectories) then you may need to recover them from a backup.

Added note; looks like the directory is there:
    http://www.mom25boys.org/wp-content/themes/

Ahhhh excellent! I have found it! Thank you so much you guys for your time in helping me out! MWAHH!!
