    I tried to upload the template I have just purchased from paddsolutions.

    I got the following error:

    Installing Theme from uploaded file: themeforest-111625-vulcan-minimalist-business-wordpress-theme-4.zip

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

    The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

    Theme install failed.

    Could you please explain what I need to do to upload correctly?

    We don’t have access to that theme which is a part of why we don’t support any commercial themes here.

    Generically speaking, you’re doing it correctly. Since it’s not working the vendor you purchased that theme should be able to provide you with instructions. Their ZIP file might be layed out differently or even do things like another zip within a zip file.

    Contact the people where you purchased that theme. They should be able to assist you.
