Author, Admin Upload Problem

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

    Yes, tried all of those, but still the problem persists. Its extremely annoying.

    I don’t mean to bump this post at all, but its been 3 months and nobody has been able to help. My blog has mainly authors (not admins) and all their posts have the images without link to image, alt text, title and caption. Its very inconvenient for me to keep adding them and not adding them makes me lose out on optimizing it.
