Plugins stylesheets and js

Hi everyone,

I’ve created a custom theme from scratch and when I instal plugins, for example Lightbox, style sheets and js files doesn’t load on page. I have tested with default theme and they’re working.

I also have get_header(); get_footer(); and wp_footer(); before closing body tag.

I know that I can manually add these files but that’s not the right way, or is it?
