I have a feeling that this question has been asked a few times before, but unfortunately I don’t know the proper terminology to describe what I need to do.

I have already customized the Permalink structure via Settings > Permalinks which is great and all, but I’d like the ability to also determine the URL structure for my pages beyond just .com/page-titile-here

An example of this would be the following:

I have a Page titled ‘Hosting’ to list information about my web hosting packages. The url is set to ‘.com/hosting’. I need to make a URL for my Terms of Service so that visitors can access it internally and so that my billing system can link to it. I want the URL for the TOS to be ‘.com/hosting/terms-of-service‘ however when I try to edit the permalink via the edit page, it gets saved as ‘.com/hostingterms-of-service’.

How can I fix this problem? I have to say that I’m disappointed that this isn’t just coded into WordPress as a standard default. Is there a plugin that I can use or a clean code-change trick to achieve this? Also, what is the proper terminology for what we’re discussing here? Sub-directories? ‘Deeper level’ URLs?

Thank you to everyone in advance!
