Oh, see exemple at http://www.family-oosten.com/blog (in Dutch)

Firstly the content is the Iframe Facebook pattern, can not be changed except by style (dark and light),

About the error in the sending, I checked and saw that is experiencing an error while sending the email, could certify that you are using the latest version of the plugin, and if the e-mail plugin configurations are met. because the 500 error is very generic.

If you continue to sending error, please contact us again.

I use: Facebook Comments Notify – Versie: 0.3.1 | Door Ramon Vicente
Mail: smtp.gmail.com on port 465 with SSL connection
    SMTP Username: paul.oosten@gmail.com
    SMTP Password: (correct)
Email Notification: Commentaar op blog via Facebook:
    Text Email Notification: Naam: #NAME#
    Link: #HREF#
    Titel: #TITLE#
    Reactie: #COMMENT#

First, I also had “Facebook Comments” (from Alex Moss) but the saw 2 times the i-frame, so I de-actived that one and only use “Facebook Comments Notify” (yours) because I don’t see that somebody replied with Facebook in my standard WordPress dashboard …

The Field Email Notification must be filed with the email that will be notified. what might be causing this error.

    Aha ! It works !
I thought “Email Notification”was also the title of the mail that would be send. Thanks !

1 more question, the mail received is all in 1 line. How can I make break-spaces in the body of the mail? With ‘
    ‘ or something?

Maybe change ‘Email Notification:’ to “Send to e0adres:” in the plugin?
