Hacking eSPG for WordPress – can you help?
-
Hello folks,
Finally got eSPG playing nicely with WP. But the eSPG forum is pretty dead, can anyone advise on a couple of mods I’m tying to make?
1. URLS
Is there any way to remove the ‘file’ prefix? eg. http://www.deirdre-edwards.co.uk/paintings/file/scottishlandscape/doocot.jpg would become http://www.deirdre-edwards.co.uk/paintings/scottishlandscape/doocot.jpgor…
even better still, remove the ‘file’ prefix, and have the image Title, instead of the image’s filename:
http://www.deirdre-edwards.co.uk/paintings/scottishlandscape/Doocot2. FADES
How would I go about adding the javascript fade to all thumbnails, as well large images? (I’m not good with code!)3. BREADCRUMBS
I’ve been messing about with sp_helper_functions.php to try and remove the filename at the end of the breadcrumbs, but can’t work out how to do this 🙁4. GALLERY FOLDERS IN SIDEBAR?
Ok final one – would love to have my eSPG folders listed dynamically listed in the sidebar. Hmmmm…Any thoughts at all much appreciated!
Cheers
James
