Youtube Shortcode

    I’m trying to add a youtube video to my site, if I just enter the URL, it shows up, but the dimensions are terrible. I entered the shortcode – [youtube=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oL3JNVa8fZo&w=320&h=240] and that line of code appeared on the page instead of the video. I tried putting that code as in the visual editor and I tried doing it in the HTML page and I got the same reults. Is there some piece of code that I’m missing, or is there a shortcode plugin that I need to install.
    I’m using the PressWorks theme.
