-deactivating ALL plugins temporarily to narrow down the problem. If the problem goes away, activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin.
-switching to the unedited default theme (twenty eleven) for a moment by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes. The idea is to force WordPress to fall back to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific issue.

I tried both ways, but without any result.
Deactivating plugins didn’t help, the problem still persists, Every URL shows home page. After changing the theme still nothing, every page showed the home page.
Even restoring to the 2nd of May(When it was working fine) didn’t help.
