Yeah, it works for Genesis. If you aren’t seeing the Appearance->Header in the menu, there’s to possible reasons:
1. Genesis isn’t the active theme
2. You change the name of the theme in style.css
Other than that, Genesis works just fine.

hmm, that’s an odd one. Two more possibilities?
1: Is the plugin activated?
2: There may be another plugin that’s conflicting causing the header link to be hidden.
You may want to try deactivating the other plugins to see if it shows pack up. If so, turn them back on one at a time to track down the culprit.
