WordPress.com transfer to WordPress.org and Nameservers help

I am having trouble with the install of wordpress.org from my site, which was originally at wordpress.com (mommiesofthevalley.com & mommiesofthevalley.wordpress.com) I added the domain to my host (BlueHost) and then installed wordpress.org; Everything went smoothly but when I log in to the site, it still is the old wordpress.com and does not have the features for .org.

In contacting BlueHost, they said that I have to point my name servers to blue host; I cannot find how or where to do this in the wordpress.com admin of the site, which is where I purchased the domain through.
