Visual Editor shows partially

Hi everyone,

I cant manage to display a full visual editor even i guess my two multisite networks were installed the same way.

In one of them it shows the right way: two icon rows – the first one starting with bold and italics buttons, and the second below starting with format scrolldown.

But in my second network visual editor only shows the first row.

I’ve tried it all i guess – enabling and desabling user preference, refreshing and cache, turning off )), using Google libraries, deleting and uploading new admin and includes folders.

I am sure there’s a solution, could you please show me the way? I could send you a screenshot if that may help…
