Captcha for Registration Page?

    I’m looking for a very simple way to keep fake people from registering for my site. I get dozens of spammy looking people singing up for my site all day long. I need to reg page live because I have some legitimate people I want to register.

    Can I hide the registration link somehow?

    Can I add a captcha to the reg page somehow?

    Any plugins to do this?
