putting posts in newly created pages

Hi all,

Ive just installed wp 1.5 and im usig the rin theme:

Ive added a few pages like about us and portfolio etc .

what I want to know, is that is it possible to put posts in these new pages?

ie posts which people can comment to, like in the home page.

I can create new posts using the admin panel, but they are only added to the index page. Can I specifically create a new post and add it to one of my new pages?
