Include some Chinese content?

Can anyone suggest a plugin or code fix that will allow me to include a handful of pages in Chinese, but without translating them for me? The site is in English, and the Chinese content has been hand-translated.

It seems that the leading multilanguage plugins like WPML and XLanguage all include auto-translations, where we need to use our own translations. Correct me if I’m wrong…

Looking for a plugin that would allow me to paste the translated Chinese characters into a page or post and have WordPress render them properly within the largely-English site.
