How do I export posts by author?

    The Tools Export page on the WordPress codex says that you can specify filters (including filter by author) when creating an export file from the Tools menu…

    …but I don’t see any filters available when I go to export my database. The only option I see is “Choose what to export” and then only 3 choices – All Content, Posts, and Pages. No filters to choose from.

    Where do I choose the filters?
