Domain Question & Installation Process

Hi,

Am in the process of setting a new wordpress.org site for my client. Have a installation question to ask any wordpress experts out there…

1. Website address is www.***.co.uk
2. Previous designer downloaded wordpress.org + theme and called site – www.***.com/newsite but never finished project
3. I wish to start again.
4. I want to use Woo theme (which I will download) Canvas and call the website by it’s original name – www.***.co.uk and build up from there
5. I don’t think I am far away from this happening but could do with a few pointers and direction from any forum members
