Visual Form Builder – Transfer Forms to Test Site

    I’ve recently backed up http://www.thesacredembodimentcenter.com to a test site, hohlanhealth.org/thesacredembodimentcenter. I’ve found the Visual Form Builder Forms don’t load on the test site. Does anyone know how Visual Form Builder embeds the Form code, and how I can copy it to the new site so the Form shortlink’s will show the form on the new Pages?
