Contact Form 7 – Drop Down Variable

First I hope I am posting my query in the right place :-s

I want to create a contact form whereby selecting the first value in a drop down would then change the values in the next drop down.

Example:
Drop down 1: Fruit, Vegetables, Sweets

Selected: Fruit

Drop down 2 would therefore be: Apples, Bananas, Oranges etc

Is this something easily done? I am not a developer so I am not great with JQuery if that is what is needed here.
