Login and SSL Problems

I’m having problems login into my fresh WP install, i’ve preformed a few recently with no problems however i’ve had a SSL cert added to one of them which caused a few issues now i removed the database and deleted the files via ftp, created a new database and performed a fresh WP install, the site looks like your freshly installed twenty ten.

However i can’t login, even if i put a wrong user and password (theres no shaky box gesture), i’ve used various mac browsers deleted cookies.
