Category List in Admin Does Not Display Properly

    Hi, I have a feeling this has been dealt with but I can’t find any info on it so forgive me for posting again.

    Through the last few upgrades, the category list in my admin panel is all a-jumble. It used to be all nice and straight, but now it is all scrunched up. I have included a screenshot, since it is a bit hard to describe.

    Any ideas on how to fix this? Neither resizing the window nor collapsing the admin menu bar helps.
