Upgrade problem

After I upgraded to 1.5.2 of WordPress from 1.5.1, I tried to view my website, but I ended upseeing the following instead:

Warning: main(/home/shigajet/public_html/wp-settings.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/shigajet/public_html/wp-config.php on line 31

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required ‘/home/shigajet/public_html/wp-settings.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/shigajet/public_html/wp-config.php on line 31

Is there any way this could be resolved. As far as I know, I followed the upgrading instructions on Codecs, step-by-step.
