[Plugin: Link to ecard] Plugin doesn't seem to work

After installing the plugin I do see the default HTML displaying below an image in my post. However, the text “Send this picture as an ecard” isn’t linked / doesn’t do anything.
In the description it mentions a few sites who are using this plugin but one site seems dead and I could not see it in action in the others.
