Super Simple Quotes

I’m trying to add the Super Simple Plugin to my site but sweem to be having a bit of a problem. I’m trying to add it using the php Custom Widget but it asks for “Enter the code (MUST be enclosed in <?php and ?> tags!)” and I have absolutely no idea what it means.

Is there a simpler way to use this plugin, and alternate method or does anyone know what’s being asked?
