problem uploading theme

    cant seem to upload a theme i have downloaded from theme forest.
    the file is a zip file and the upload starts and after five minutes or so it says upload failed, try again.
    i have retraced the process but cant find what im doing wrong

    You may need to unzip that main zip file first to find the actual theme zip file that needs to be uploaded.

    Otherwise if you have having problems try uploading via FTP or contact the vendor.
