Add Tags and Insert Image Thumnail Problems

Hello ,from yesterday I have a problem , when I press to Add Tags doesn’t appear anything and also when Ive try to insert a Image for Thumbnail Post ,and when I create a post on the link verify don't appear anything ,just after Ive post it appears there that thing where can I edit the name of link.

> I`ve disable all plugins from my website
> I have the new version WordPress.

What can I do? thank you
