Child theme memory issues- suhosin

Hi
I have a twentyeleven child theme which appears to be causing memory errors.
In my wp-content/themes/ folder I am getting an error log with the following

[20-Apr-2012 15:39:20] PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Suhosin Extension does not officially support PHP 5.2 and below anymore, because it is discontinued. Use it at your own risk. in Unknown on line 0

The same error is also showing in my root directory

I didn’t notice this at first so it’s hard to trace it back to a particular change to my theme, however, I did make changes to my functions.php on the date these problems started.

I have included my fuctions.php in pastebin here.
I’m hoping someone can take a look at it and see something I don’t.
