WP Pages

Hello all,
I want to know 2 things about pages.

I have a page say Products and 3 pages under this. Now I want that parent page Products on menu bar does not get clicked but when we hover over that page and sub pages pops out they must be clickable.

Second, sometimes we need a page, and we create it but as soon as we create it and publish it gets displayed on menu. But I don’t want to get it on main menu along with other pages. I need this page a link to this page is given in one of blog post. So how we can hide a published page from menu.

Kindly tell me how these 2 problems can be solved?
