Help on page positioning

Hi guys. If you will look at my site and make the browser window smaller, you would notice that the page tries to fit all the contents, making the fonts bigger and messing up the entire page. What I want to happen is that the positions of the contents when maximized should remain the same upon resizing into a smaller screen. There should be a horizontal scrollbar that would let the user view the hidden contents. I know that the culprit is in my page positioning but I’m not sure where to start. Thanks in advance.
