Mystique Lightbox plus toubles

I’m using mystique theme and lightbox plus. I changed the page width and now my images from lightbox that are portrait position come out blooted and fat looking. not porportioned. any help? i even tried deactivating lightbox but its still active? it says its deactivated but its still doing it to my images.
