So I enabled the MultiSite feature on my WordPress site and everything works. When I go and create another site using subdomains,it works but when I access the site is says page not found.Don’t I need to create that subdomain also in my cPanel account? And if I do have to create it where should it point because no new directory was create for the new website. So how can I fix this problem?

EDIT:So I changed from subdomains to path based and it works but I can’t see any other directory create in my public_html folder.I still don’t want to use this method and want to use subdomains but I need help to configure those.I think it doesn’t work because of my .htaccess file.I use the examples from the Codex btw.

Yes. This is mentioned, in the codex, as setting up wildcard subdomains. If you can’t do that, you have to manually make subdomains, but point them one folder ‘up’ into the root of where WordPress is installed. DO NOT create it’s own folder.

I can’t see any other directory create in my public_html folder.

The folders are virtual, you won’t see them.
