Jetpack kills YEN-Theme

I connected my selfhosted site via jetpack with WP.com, just to see how it works.

After connecting, it destroys my theme. the photo slider on the frontpage stops working. instead a fixed photo appears – no headline, no text, just a bloody picture.

it also alters the footer area.the last widget will be shown suddenly under the third one, while before it was in one line with the others.

the most worse thing: my site stats are gone, and i only can use them again when i connect to jetpack!!!

i am confused. i need site stats!!!
