Setting main domain to point to subfolder

    The following article has some great information

    Giving WordPress Its Own Directory

    However it doesn’t give or point to information if you are on a Windows IIS server instead of Linux.

    My site is installed in a subdomain of my main hosted site as I want to have multiple sites under the same hosting, but I want the main url to point to it’s sub folder.

    ie http://www.example.com
    point to http://www.example.com\mainsite

    I have been able to point the other domains to their subfolders, but cannot figure out the steps to point the main url to it’s sub.

    Help please.
