[Plugin: Custom More Link Complete] Doesn't work without pretty-urls

@jamesjm – thanks for reporting this.

It is rather strange to still use the non search engines and user friendly url’s (?p=id), but you are right, it was not thought to work in that case.

I will try to fix this in the following days.
