Problem: Edit postname & hyperlink problems

    I just updated to 3.3.1 and now I have issues.

    When writing a post, It automatically saves a url based on my title (normal).
    But, when I click on the ‘edit’ button (like a have done 1000x before), “post_name” appears at the end of the url, but the editing box doesn’t open. Not sure why.

    Also, when I highlight some of my text, click on the hyperlink button, the box opens up, but NO posts appear in the box. I have left the search box empty and I have typed in it. Still nothing.

    Any ideas why this may be happening? Any information you need from me?
    I just re-installed adobe flash to see if that had anything to do with it. Nope.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.

    One conflicting plugin.

    Dang. I will have to disable it every time that I make a post. Frustrating.
