• This is the first time I’ve gotten this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘*’ in /data/25/2/17/156/2669971/user/2931484/htdocs/WordPress/wp-content/themes/ifeature/functions.php on line 274

I do not have “cPanel” nor am I really familiar with it. I’ve been researching everything I can and I finally gave in to asking the wordpress forums. I’m not sure if I should be asking my host (networksolutions)for help that’s relevant to wordpress so I decided to go with asking wordpress.

The video I saw said to use cPanel to track where the line with the error was. I don’t have cPanel so it only gives me one directory to go to which is the cPanel demo one. I cannot find any way to locate line 274. I’ve tried in notepad, and i’ve tried in this program called Programmer’s Notepad.
The Notepads lines only went up to 10, but a ton of columns, and the Programmer’s Notepad said there were only 266 lines.
So now i’m just completely stumped on what to do.
I cannot log into my wordpress dashboard and I can’t visit my website.

In the video that I watched, it said I could either rename or delete the folder that contains my theme’s contents. So I renamed it (I put a 2 after it) and then that’s when I was inable to log into everything.
So then I tried deleting it and I still had the same issue.
Apparently, If I were to rename or deleted the folder, the theme would go back to the default one and it didn’t.

Here’s the information I [tried] following:

I would be greatly thankful if someone could help me out.
    Thank you!
