That’s a relief! I mean, that the problem is another website and not the hacked one.
(…Somehow that sounds really incorrect when I read what I just typed…)
Have you tried deactivating all of your plugins and switching to the Twenty Eleven theme on the problem installation?
Once you’ve done that, see if you can preview, update or install a new theme there.
yes but my hacked one is my main blog. The one I have spent years building. Do i have to pay now to get the maleware removed? Should I call my host..can they fix it? Can I do it myself?…I am not sure what I am supposed to do next with the infected site…do you have any suggestions?..thanks for the help
Now i just got told that the other site is also hacked, infected and blocked!! This is insane.What do I do?

As this is a self-help forum, all of the advice is along the lines of “doing it yourself”.
Here’s some of the things you can do:
Read these, learn how, and do a full backup.

http://codex.wordpress.org/Restoring_Your_Database_From_Backup
That will not delouse your blog but it will provide you with a safety net to get you back to where you are right now.
Having that capability is valuable so that should you make a mess of it you can still get back to square one.
Once you have that full backup, store it somewhere off of your web server and scan it with your anti-virus tool.
As to actually delouse your blog, those links I provided are a good source of what to do next.
Your host provider might be able to help you, but they may charge for that. Contact them and see what they say, there is no harm in asking.
Also there are services/people who will do that for a fee but it’s not really appropriate for me to recommend such a service.
