WP Site Hacked – Bad Source Code?

Help?

My WordPress site has been hacked. I’ve freshly installed Windows since before making any changes so that this doesn’t happen again, but I have stuff in my source code I now want to get rid of.

I cannot for the life of me understand PHP and can’t find where this code would be to delete it. Any help much appreciated!
