  • Hi phil_ilo: thanks for reaching out. You’re the only one to report it so far, anyway. Can you elaborate on the problem? Please make sure you’ve deactivated the old 2.0.4 release before attempting to activate 2.0.5.

If that’s not the cause, any more information you could offer on what happened and how you got there would be awesome. We can try to diagnose from there.

I retried it, I am still receiving the issue. This is what my site displays after uploading the new plugin.

I deactivated the plugin, installed it, and once i activated it, I began receiving this page immediately.

Ah, I see. Thanks for confirming. I’m not really sure how to troubleshoot this as it’s the first time anyone has reported that particular error message. It looks like there’s a broader configuration issue though.

It could very well be that the newer build of the plugin has something in it that’s conflicting with either your theme or another plugin, in a way that 2.0.4 wasn’t. Can you please tell me whether this still occurs even if you’ve deactivated all other plugins and reverted to the default 2011 theme? Would be great if we could identify this as a conflict of some kind.

Please also confirm you’re running the latest version of WP and meet minimum PHP requirements needed to run this plugin. I’ll do what I can to help from there. Thanks!
