Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

We might be able to if you provide us with a link.
My guess is you’ve munged the WordPress Address (URL) and/or the Site Address (URL). If that’s it then give this a read.

Personally I prefer the functions.php solution myself but make a backup copy before you edit any files.
Edit: Doh! Esmi beat be by 5 whole minutes! Not even close! 😉
Here is the URL
http://blog.rivalhost.com/
But once if I open it from the Admin panel, after that the browser will show the website without loosing the styles. So I should try another browser to check it.
Thanks
Yes, I think the issue is with plugins itself. I renamed the plugins folder and it works fine. So, now let me check which plugin creating the trouble.
